Through your use of the Site, you may have the opportunity to engage in commercial transactions with other users and vendors. In no event will NeonPlay's total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to NeonPlay in the last six (6) months, or $100, whichever is greater.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these Terms of Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sydney, Australia.

NeonPlay reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
